Legal Information About Donations
🇫🇷 Tax deduction: Donations to eligible organizations benefit from a 66% tax reduction (Article 200 of the French Tax Code), within the limit of 20% of taxable income.
📋 Fiscal receipt: A fiscal receipt will be issued for all donations, mandatory to benefit from the tax deduction. Keep it with your supporting documents.
✅ Recognition of general interest: Our organization is recognized as being of general interest according to French law (Loi Coluche of 1988).
⚖️ Legal framework: Donations are governed by Law No. 87-571 of July 23, 1987 on the development of patronage, and the Law of July 1, 1901 on associations.
Note: The online donation system is currently being set up to comply with all French regulations regarding secure online payments and personal data protection (GDPR).
